Do I need a subscription? Do I have to pay?
If you're tracking time for a company, you don’t need a subscription—your company covers the cost. If you're a company, you must have at least a free plan so others can track time for you. Freelancers tracking their own time (and optionally sharing it with companies later) also need at least a free company plan.
If your team has 3 or fewer members (1 owner and 2 employees) and you’re fine with the free plan limitations, you can continue using it at no cost indefinitely.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you get full access to the Professional Plan for 14 days. After that, you’ll automatically switch to the Free Plan unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Who do I have to pay for?
Billing applies to all team members listed on your Team page, excluding archived users. Owners are free unless they track their own time. For example, if your team includes 5 freelancers (1 archived) and yourself (not tracking time), you’ll be billed for 4 people.
Billing is prorated—you only pay for the time someone is active. Add, remove, archive, or restore team members as needed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for automatic payments. You can also use PayPal, wire transfers or checks to add credit to your account.
How long is my data retained?
Time and task notes are stored indefinitely, even on the free plan, as long as your account remains active.
Screenshot retention depends on your plan:
- Professional: 1 year (with reduced frequency after 3 months)
- Standard: 3 months
- Free: 2 weeks
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Just go to the “My Account” section in your Teambridg menu.
Are there any contracts or cancellation fees?
Nope! Teambridg is completely pay-as-you-go. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation charges. Cancel anytime—just pay any remaining balance.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We host our servers in a secure, top-tier data center with biometric access and 24/7 monitoring. Our system is regularly updated for security, and all plans include SSL encryption for data transfer and access.
